Design of the first letter “L” of the leaf.  This step is an experiment combining objects together in an interesting simple manner. Using positive and negative space to express a clear message.

Experiment with 3D printing

Experiment with 3D printing. I chose a yellow plastic to laser-cut the letter "leaf" to illustrate the feeling of the color of autumn. I also took photos of the plastic letterform and a leaf I found in the park. It combines letterforms that connect with the leaf theme and use simple basic letterforms as images to imply an idea or to convey the message.
